H&R wheel hub conversion kits are hubcentric spacers that change the stud pattern (PCD) of your car to an alternative pattern so that different wheels can be fitted.

For example you might like to fit original Porsche wheels that have 5 bolt holes onto your Volkswagen Golf that has 4 bolt holes.
